Rob Stagni serves as the director of the Arkansas Union at the University of Arkansas. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University, a master’s in higher education and student affairs from Indiana University, and his doctoral degree in higher education from the University of Arkansas. This article is adapted from his dissertation of the same name that was published earlier this year. Stagni has served in multiple volunteer roles through a decade of involvement with ACUI.
